Smiths of Smithfield at Farringdon Community

Smithsofsmithfield

Located round the corner from Smithfields meat market, this place looks more like an old converted Russian factory. However, something about it just makes you want to come back for more. If you get there at certain times of the day, you can even grab the sofas on the right. OK, that might not be much for the uninitiated, but for those of us who are frequent visitors, it is a BIG deal ! Wink Oh, don't forget to sample the Pork Scratchings.

You can get some more information about Smiths here

Lahore Kebab House at Shadwell Community

Lambchopcurry

Authentic enough that even the natives of Lahore come here for the food. Everything is so reasonably priced here that you have no worry of burning holes through your pocket when enjoying the food here (don't forget to bring your own drinks though). Try making it on Friday, as the ubiquitous lamb chop curry will not be available any other day of the week. But have no fear if you miss this, as the Keema curry will also be an unforgettable experience. Read more about other's comments here
