Barbican Centre at Barbican Community

Barbican Theatre, art, dance, music, all under one roof. Try out the maze of Barbican Walk above the City of London too. For more information about the programme, check out www.barbican.org.uk

Smiths of Smithfield at Farringdon Community

Smithsofsmithfield

Located round the corner from Smithfields meat market, this place looks more like an old converted Russian factory. However, something about it just makes you want to come back for more. If you get there at certain times of the day, you can even grab the sofas on the right. OK, that might not be much for the uninitiated, but for those of us who are frequent visitors, it is a BIG deal ! Wink Oh, don't forget to sample the Pork Scratchings.

You can get some more information about Smiths here

St Pancras YHA Hostel at King's Cross St. Pancras Community

Yha Accomodation on a budget.  Why not stay at the Youth Hostel, opposite St Pancras Station for as little as £17.50 per night for a single.

North End Market at Fulham Broadway Community

Sharonfruit Not sure why, but for some reason the fruits and fishes here are so cheap they are unbelievable. However, to take advantage of the prices here, you need to have a large fridge and also be able to consume vast amounts of food in a short time. Sharons, mangoes and bananas are the flavours of the day in this market. Oh, don't forget to bring a large trolley Sealed
